About ING Lab Brussels
The ING Lab Brussels programme is a structured 16- week programme where ING work with scale-ups that have developed a new product or service, which they are ready to market and scale up. The programme enables young technology companies to test their value proposition and collaborate with stakeholders within a real banking context. In previous years, the programme was known as the ING FinTech village.
Over 350 companies from 50 countries applied for the 2020 edition of the programme.
In 2020, there are four challenges that the bank is looking to cooperate on:
1. Solutions that drive personal experiences through data analytics, AI & AR.
2. Solutions that deliver 10x gains in operational efficiency & effectiveness and optimize workflows across the bank.
3. Solutions that challenge the borders of financial services today.
4. Solutions in the Biometrics, Cybersecurity, Regtech & Risk Modelling sphere.
