Angus has spent over 13 years in senior business development roles. For over a decade, he has focussed on helping organisations mitigate against risk through the effective implementation of market-leading software solutions. He has considerable experience working across multiple industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Energy, Legal and Real Estate. His career has involved working with a large variety of global blue-chip organisations as well as SME’s, and his focus is always on delivering the right solution for the client. He holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Leeds.
Mark has spent 20 years working as a software engineer spanning numerous industries covering: automotive, air traffic control, mobile communications, investment banking (front office and high-frequency trading systems) and medical devices. Mark has extensive and practical knowledge in mainly server-side development, DevOps, architecture and integration. Mark has worked for companies in Austria, Germany and the UK including AVL, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, AviBit (now part of ADB Safegate), Intel and MED-EL. Mark holds a MSc in Intelligent Systems (Machine Learning) from UCL and a Computer Science diploma from University of South Africa.
Omar has spent over 13 years specializing in security pricing and valuation. He spent 6 years working at PIMCO where he led the European pricing function. He has worked as a fixed income analyst for Interactive Data (acquired by ICE Data Services) and Bloomberg. Omar also has experience in financial engineering and has worked as a front-office developer at Danske Bank. Additionally, Omar has a range of entrepreneurial and commercial experience through his involvement with several start-ups. He holds a BSc Mathematics and Management from the University of Manchester and a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF). He also graduated from the Executive MBA programme at London Business School in 2016.
Martin Brown has extensive experience in the successful transformation and growth of businesses in software and IT infrastructure ranging from $5m to $250m in turnover. Martin has held senior leadership positions at ChangeBase, Symantec and Sun Microsystems and has experience as a chairman and non-executive in the early stage software arena.
Adrian has spent the last 20 years working with early-stage technology companies, bringing rigour to the control, reporting and management of their financial activities whilst helping the management teams to grow their businesses. During that time, he has been involved in fundraising from private equity, venture capital and family offices and has managed mergers, acquisitions and successful exits. He has a wealth of international experience, having worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Luxembourg and Denmark. Adrian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
